The Group Work Theory and Practice Course is carefully designed to equip learners with the skills and competencies required to understand group dynamics, the different stages of group work, the theory and practice of facilitation in group and organisational, social or community setting.
Who Should Attend?
Anyone who wants to be trained as a Group Facilitator, individuals with current group facilitation responsibilities and individuals who want to gain formal qualification in group facilitation and co-facilitation.

After due completion of this course, the learner will be able to effectively and competently facilitate a group, from the planning and implementation phases within an organisation.
